What would the female suit look like if it wasn’t borrowed from the male wardrobe?
In my bachelor project I have worked with the female power suit and how women’s clothing can express the same power and pride as the classic male suit does.
In my bachelor project I have worked with the female power suit and how women’s clothing can express the same power and pride as the classic male suit does.
The collection is developed by draping the classic men’s suit on a female body, and by work- ing iteratively with digital and analog methods in order to design and construct the final silhouettes. The five outfits are inspired by strong female characters with high ambitions in their professional pursuits.
